Can I request changes to the layout of a property?
If you would like to make changes to the layout of the property, this needs to be done at the reservation stage, provided no internal partitions have been erected.
Can I chose my own kitchen?
Yes, you are able to choose between a traditional looking kitchen and a more contemporary looking kitchen.
Can I choose my own flooring?
Yes, you will have the chance to choose the flooring in the hallway, kitchen and bathrooms.
How long does it take to purchase one of your new homes?
This depends on the current stage of the build as well as the number of properties within your chain. Typically a home transaction takes around twelve weeks.
